The questions people actually ask
How tall a tree should I get?
Measure your ceiling and subtract about 30cm for the topper and the stand. Most rooms with a standard 2.4m ceiling land comfortably on a 180cm tree; go to 210cm only if the ceiling is genuinely high.
Are the lights included with the tree?
Check each tree's description — some are pre-lit and some are bare. Bare trees give you control over warmth and density, which is why we stock lights separately.
How many lights do I need?
A useful rule is 100 lights per 30cm of tree height for a full look, or around 70 for something more restrained. A 180cm tree therefore wants roughly 600 lights.
Can the lights go outside?
Only the sets marked for outdoor use. Indoor-rated sets are not sealed against moisture and should stay inside.
How do I store everything?
Trees fold back into their original box. For ornaments, keep the moulded inserts they arrive in — they are the best protection you will get and they cost nothing.
